Stefon Diggs’ ongoing legal dispute with Christopher Griffith has added a new argument over travel records tied to the case.
Griffith, who has accused Diggs of sexual misconduct, said in recent court filings that Diggs’ camp helped arrange the trip connected to the allegations, according to reports. Griffith’s attorneys argued that Diggs should already have access to some of the travel information he is seeking through discovery.
Diggs has denied the allegations.
The legal fight began after Diggs sued Griffith for defamation in 2025. Griffith later filed a countersuit alleging misconduct by Diggs during a 2023 gathering in the Washington, D.C., area.
According to reports, Griffith has said he produced text messages and other communications during discovery. Diggs’ side has challenged Griffith’s claims and asked for additional documentation.
A separate lawsuit involving Diggs’ brother, Darez Diggs, has been resolved. TMZ reported that Griffith reached a settlement to drop a $10 million lawsuit against Darez Diggs and a Los Angeles apartment complex over an alleged assault. Terms of that settlement were not disclosed.
The settlement does not resolve the pending legal claims between Griffith and Stefon Diggs.
The case continues to draw public attention because of the seriousness of the allegations, Diggs’ NFL profile and the number of competing claims made in court and on social media.
No court has determined liability in the pending claims between Diggs and Griffith.
